By creating an account or using VYNCO, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
VYNCO is a marketplace that connects users with sports training partners and coaches. We facilitate bookings and communication but are not a party to the actual training sessions.
You agree to: provide accurate profile information, treat other users with respect, show up for confirmed sessions, and follow all applicable laws. You must be at least 18 years old.
Payments are processed securely. The platform fee is 20% of the session price. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session receive a full refund; cancellations 2–24 hours before receive a 50% refund; cancellations within 2 hours are non-refundable.
If a partner or customer fails to attend a confirmed session, the other party may report a no-show within 48 hours. VYNCO will review and may issue refunds or take corrective action.
Harassment, discrimination, fraud, and any form of abuse are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension.
VYNCO is not liable for the conduct of users, injuries during sessions, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of VYNCO constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
