Instant bookings are confirmed immediately. Request-based bookings give the player 24 hours to accept or decline.
Once a booking is confirmed, a private chat opens so you can agree on the exact location and practical details.
Your payment covers the player's time and participation in the session, plus the VYNCO booking fee.
You are booking a player — not a venue.
The client normally arranges and pays for the venue needed for the game — whether that's a tennis court, golf course, gym, or another venue.
The player can suggest places they know or recommend a venue, but they are not expected to pay for it from their player fee.
You and the player can agree otherwise if you both want to.

The closer you are to the session, the less of the booking is refundable.
If the other person doesn't show up, you can report a no-show after the scheduled session ends and within 48 hours.
We review no-show reports and resolve them according to the booking rules.
If someone doesn't show, report it after the session.
After the session, both sides can mark the booking as complete.
Payment is released to the player once both sides confirm completion. If only one side marks it complete, the session automatically completes after 72 hours.
Payment is released only after the session is confirmed complete.
For request-based bookings, the player has 24 hours to accept or decline.
If they don't respond within 24 hours, the request expires automatically and you won't be charged.
No response within 24 hours = no booking and no charge.
Refunds are processed once payments are connected.
